As a tradesman, you create a profile, select your skills and work area, and receive relevant job requests from clients near you. You can respond with quotes, ask questions, and manage conversations all inside Trader Point.

Trader Point uses a simple subscription model. You pay one fixed monthly fee with no per-lead charges and no hidden extras. During the free trial period of 90 days, you can try the platform without paying, and cancel before the trial ends if it is not right for you.

No. Trader Point does not use any token or credit system. You always see exactly what you pay in your subscription.

Never. There are no per-lead fees on Trader Point. You pay a simple subscription and can respond to relevant jobs without extra charges.

The contract for the work is always between the client and the tradesman. Trader Point is a matchmaking platform and does not become a party to the contract. We do not set prices or guarantee the outcome of the work.

We perform basic checks on new tradesmen and encourage them to complete their profile, add references, and collect reviews from clients. However, you should always use your own judgment, ask questions, and check references before agreeing to any work.

In most cases, you pay the tradesman directly using the payment method you agree together (for example, bank transfer, cash, or card). Trader Point does not hold your money and does not act as an escrow service, unless explicitly stated for a specific feature.

Trader Point is currently focused on Czech Republic and the surrounding region. Availability may vary depending on how many tradesmen are active in your area. We are gradually expanding to new cities and regions.

The Trader Point interface currently supports multiple languages, including English, Czech, Russian, and Ukrainian. You can choose your preferred language in your account settings.

You can manage your subscription in the billing section of your Trader Point account. You can change your plan or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes apply from the next billing cycle, according to the terms shown at checkout.
